Parking for 2 cars, please plan accordingly as parking on the county roads may result in a parking ticket or tow.

We will send a welcome message 2-3 days prior to check-in with instructions.

Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house and accepts the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.

There are no parties or events allowed at the rental.

The home is creekside which feeds our beautiful pond!

We are a pet friendly rental; 2 pets max. We charge a $50/pet non-refundable accommodation fare during your stay. 

WEATHER CAMERA
There is one outdoor security camera used to monitor weather.

Hi! We are 2 families (Barnes & Raymond) that have come together to make this experience special for our guests. We aim to help you rest easy when you rent our private, professionally cleaned home from us. 
 
We promise your stay will be clean, safe, and true to what you saw on Airbnb or we'll make it right. Check-ins are always smooth, and we're here (along with our local Property Manager) 24/7 to answer any questions and help make your stay as perfect as possible

Bedrooms, living rooms, & especially the deck/hottub provide one of the best mountain views in area!
